A healthy gut means balancing positive healthy bacteria against the growth of a problem producing fungus which is known as Candida Albicans.
In his book ‘the Hidden Diagnosis’ Dr. Orion C. Truss discussed how Candida spreads from an unhealthy gut through the bloodstream and produces any of a vast array of symptoms that are common in many peoples’ lives:
Increasing numbers of people suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. lBS occurs suddenly on eating, acid reflux, end of day bloating occurs, people experience wind and gut spasms which at their worst can cause extreme pain.
Often associated with this problem is a poor sleeping pattern, waking up as tired as you went to bed, low mood swings, with consistently low energy levels. People respond to situations with a high stress response which makes no sense to them other than they cannot cope anymore.
People have increased low immune responses:- so constant infections occur, such as throat infections, ear infections, constant colds, cystitis just to name a few of the obvious and common ones.
Muscular aches and pains also joint pains which people associate with the start of arthritic conditions.
There is an increased craving for carbohydrates; bread and sugar being two of the most famous ones.
The most important thing to realise that where health has deteriorated very often there is a systemic fungal problem underlying due to diet, antibiotics or other causing symptoms which are being considered as problems within themselves rather than part of the whole picture.
The good thing is; Candida, and all of its symptoms, can be treated! A combination of herbs, homeopathy and right eating can bring you and your system back into balance.
